We are looking for experienced individuals with mechanical training or equivalent experience. What We do as a Company
- Light, medium and heavy-duty towing.
- In shop automotive, light truck, heavy truck, and diesel engine repair.
- OnSite emergency truck repair.
- Mobile Crane Work with our Rotating Crane Style Wrecker.
- Emergency spill containment and cleanup.
- Load and cargo services. Load shifts reload and load recovery.
- Out of state transport.
- Emergency recoveries for light-duty cars all the way up to major incidents involving semis on the interstate.
- All sorts of non-routine situations that our customer may ask us to assist with

Recommended Skills
- Military, construction, or service experience that includes inclimate weather experiences, long and irregular hours, and large physical demands. We are often the busiest and most profitable when the going gets tough. Those that excel on our team, love the challenge.
- Equipment operation. Schooling, or equivalent on the job experience running heavy equipment, hydraulics, cranes, etc. For those that understand the ins and outs of running equipment seem to advance more quickly since we have so many diverse pieces of equipment and jobs.
- Mechanical training or equivalent experience. Whether you are applying for a technician job or a tow operator position, we have found those with advanced technical skills excel in our trade.
- Commercial driver’s license, especially a Class A combination license opens opportunities and increased earnings potential. However, please do not confuse this as an ordinary driving job. Additional endorsements are desired with increased earnings.
Highly Sort-after Skills
- Automotive and diesel training and certificates and schooling: ASE training and certification.
- Personal tool investment current and future.
- Manufacturer specific training or aftermarket training.
- Towing certificates and training: Light, medium, heavy duty, and advanced recovery. Towing and Recovery Association of America, Towing and Recovery Association of Washington, Wreckmaster, Wes Wilburn, Tom Luciano.
- On the job mechanical and operator experience and skills.
- Mobile crane operator certification and training. NCCCO Mobile Crane.
- Heavy equipment operator experience or training.
- Commercial Driver’s License and endorsements. We are an approved Wash. DOL certified trainer, and can provide training to obtain CDL as an alternative to investing in a commercial truck driving school.
- TWIC card, Passport or Enhanced ID.
- Flagger certification.
- Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response: HAZWOPER
- First Aid and CPR.
- OSHA Rigging and Crane Certifications.
- Forklift Training and Certification.
- Other training, skills, or experiences, unique and applicable to our business.
Requirements
- Truck Technicians On Call:   must live within 30 minutes (per Google) from our Auburn Location. Works on call approximately 1  weekend a month and on call approximately 7 nights per month.
- Auto, Truck, or Diesel Technicians In Shop: must be able to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime.
- Opportunities exist for multi-talented teammates to work in multiple roles listed above, and have the financial incentives to match.
- Your driving record must have minimal events, and meet insurance requirements.
- Must not use drugs (including marijuana at all in any method and have not anytime within the 6 months), and cannot consume alcohol during working or on call hours.
- Must meet WSP criminal background check standards.
